Elegance ships worldwide. This policy provides estimated delivery times and shipping information.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

- Express Shipping: 3-5 business days
United Kingdom
- Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days
- Express Shipping: 5-7 business days
United States
- Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days
- Express Shipping: 7-10 business days
Rest of World
- Standard Shipping: 15-30 business days
- Express Shipping: 10-15 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Free Shipping: Available on orders over €50 within the EU (standard shipping only).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- Tracking number via email
- Link to track your package in real-time
- Estimated delivery date
5. Customs and Import Duties (Non-EU Orders)
International customers may be subject to:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Brokerage fees
These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Elegance has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address
- Refused delivery
- Unclaimed package
You are responsible for reshipping costs.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:
- Check tracking information
- Contact the carrier directly

We will open an investigation with the carrier after 30 days from shipment date.
8. Address Changes
Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. We cannot modify addresses once the order is shipped.
